PART A. CONDITIONS OF TENDER / 第A部份：投標之條件

4.Project Plan / 工程計劃：
This Project consists of interior design and decoration in Air Macau Hengqin Office (Phase II) in line with the programme and requirements of the attached Project information. All main structures and structural elements will be kept and maintained as existing.
本項目包括「澳門航空橫琴二期辦公室」區域內的室內設計及裝修工程。所有主結構和結構構件將會保留並保持現有狀態。

Please refer to the Tender Documents included under Parts A and B for further conditions and details.
進一步的條件和細節請參閱本招標文件中第A和B部分。

1. 5. Submission of Detailed Working Program / 提交詳細的施工進度表：
   One week before commencement of the work. 工作開始前一星期提交。

1. 6. Additional Works / 後加工作：
   In principle, there is no additional works on this project. In case of any unforeseen situation, the contractors need to submit an official proposal for the additional works, and the site works can only be implemented with the written approval of Air Macau.
   本工程基本上是不允許後加工作的。如有任何不可預見的情況，承建商應提交一份正式的後加工程建議書，並且該項施工只能在得到澳門航空的書面批核後才能實行。
   
   7.Tender Type / 標書形式：
   Open Tendering - Lump Sum Contract
   公開招標 - 一包干總價合同

1. 8.Defect Liability Period / 保修期：
   at least 12 months / 至少12個月
   
   9.Security Deposit / 工程保證金：
   The successful tenderer will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 5% of the value of contract as security deposit in compliance with the law.
   中標者需向澳門航空提交符合法律規定之工程保證金，其金額應為本工程總合同價格之5%。
   
   10. Criteria to Award Tender / 判給準則：

The above factors will be duly taken into consideration for the evaluation of Tender proposal. Air Macau reserves the right not to award the works to the lower bidder.
在評標時，將會適當考慮上述因素。澳門航空保留不批給低價投標者的權利。

1. 11.Tender Valid Period / 標書有效期限：
   90 days / 90天
   
   12.Precautions and Responsibility during Construction / 施工時之預防措施和責任：
   Due to the nature of the Works, the Contractor should be responsible for the following:
   基於本工程的性質，承建商應負責如下：
   
   a) All persons hired by the Contractor, directly or indirectly via sub-contracts or service contracts, must hold a valid permit to work in the Mainland China. In case the Contractor, directly or indirectly via sub-contracts or service contracts, breaches this clause, Air Macau reserves the right to take legal action, with the local Courts, in order to be compensated for damages to Air Macau’s image and reputation;
   所有由承建商僱用的人員，以及直接或間接地經由分包合同或服務合同僱用的人員，都必須持有中國內地有效的工作證明文件。如承建商以及直接或間接地******法院法律行動之權利；
   
   b) The Contractor Staff shall be covered by an appropriate Employee Compensation insurance policy, in accordance with Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC) and the contractor shall apply for a Third Party Liability insurance policy in at least the amount of the Contract that covers the total duration of the Project;
   承建商員工應根據中華人民共和國之法律而受保於合適的僱員賠償保險，承建商應購買至少為合同金額的第三者責任保險以保障整個工程期間；
   
   c) Implementation of all required precautions and safety measures to prevent any damage to the completed premises and running equipment. The Contractor shall be responsible to rectify, replace or make-good, all damages to facilities, equipment, furniture and finishes resulting from the actions of the Contractor, directly or indirectly via sub-contracts or service contracts;
   應實行所有必要的預防措施及安全措施以防止已完工的建築物及運行中的設備遭到破壞；承建商亦需負責修正、更換或復原所有被承建商及直接或間接地通過分包合同或服務合同所僱用的人員破壞的設施、設備、傢俱及飾面；

d) The Contractor must ensure the safety of its' own staff by means of providing proper Health and Safety Training and appropriate P.P.E.
承建商須提供適當的健康及安全培訓及合適的個人防護裝備以確保旗下人員之安全。

1. 13. If there are no sufficient reasons for the construction delay, the contractor will be responsible for damages incurred by Air Macau, including the cost of renting the premises, and for losses, including the losses for Air Macau's business.
   倘若没有充足理由導致工程延期，承建商必須對澳門航空因此所致之損失負責，包括物業租賃的支出，以及包括澳門航空商業上的損失。

   a) Part A - Conditions of Tender
   第A部分 - 投標之條件
   b) Part B - Indicative Bill of Quantities
   第B部分 - “暫定的工程量清單”
   
   15. Documentation to be included in the tender proposal / 投標建議書應包括的文件：
   a) Bill of Quantities / 尺寸及數量清單單；
   b) Payment terms / 付款方法；
   c) Contractor Curriculum and Job List / 承建商的工作履歷及工程清單；
   d) Copy of the valid Contractor Registration License as a Civil Works construction company / 承建商之有效工程建築公司註冊證明文件副本；
   e) Work Method Statement / 工作的施工方案；
   f) Preliminary working program and Workers Deployment Schedule / 初步的工作進度表及工人的部署計劃；
   g) Extra document from Contractor / 承建商的額外文件
   e) Declaration of Relationship with Employees of Air Macau 與澳門航空僱員親屬關係聲明書
   
   16.Tender proposal is to be in English or in Chinese or in English and Chinese.
   投標建議書可使用英文或中文或同時使用中英文書寫。

1. 17. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this document, the Chinese version shall prevail.
   如本文件之英文文本與中文文本有差異或有欠明確之處，以中文文本為準。

   18.Submission of Tender Proposal / 標書的遞交：
   The Tender Proposals are to be delivered 1 original, 1 hard copy, and 1 CD containing all documents and information required to be included in the Tender Proposals to AIR MACAU (to the address indicated in point 2 above), up to the Tender deadline as specified above, in an opaque, wax sealed package identified with the title of Tender Proposal and name of the company which submits tender proposal.
   投標建議書應在上述指定日期前把一******有限公司(如上述第2點所述地址)，並需把上述所指的文件裝入不透明之封套内，並密封和以火漆封口，而封套上應標明投標建議書標題及提交標書公司名稱。

1. 19.Delivery Charge of Tender Documents / 標書文件送遞費：
   Interested tenderers are required to pay the Delivery Charge of Tender Documents at MOP 100.00 / CNY 100.00 for each copy of Tender Documents via bank transfer to Air Macau Company Limited.
   取標者需以銀行轉賬方式向澳門航空繳交標書文件送遞費，費用為每份MOP 100.00 （澳門幣壹佰元正）或CNY 100.00（人民幣壹佰元正）。

1. 20. Tender Application Deposit / 投標申請按金：
   Tenderers are required to pay MOP 10,000.00 by a crossed cheque drawn in favour of Air Macau Company Limited.
   投標申請者需向澳門航空提交MOP10,000.00（澳門幣壹萬元正）的劃線支票作為投標申請按金。

PART B. INDICATIVE BILLS OF QUANTITIES / 第B部份：暫定的工程量清單
For collection of Indicative Bills of Quantities, please contact Administration Division at 8396-6888.
請致電8396-6888 與行政部聯繫以便安排領取《暫定的工程量清單》。
Before your collection of Indicative Bills of Quantities at our HDQ office, please prepare the following items:
在貴司前往澳航總部辦公室領取《暫定的工程量清單》前，請事先準備妥以下項目：

1. Complete the payment for Delivery Charge of Tender Documents (as stated in Point 19 of “Condition of Tender”) by bank transfer, and present the receipt to Air Macau for clarification;
完成銀行轉賬繳付標書文件送遞費（《投標之條件》第19條所示），並向我司出示相關證明。

2. Bring your company chop and name card for Air Macau’s registration.
請攜帶貴公司的公章及名片供我司登記。
